1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the MacStayOn website, account, downloads, licences, and native Mac app operated by Evolve Orbit FZC. By purchasing, downloading, or using MacStayOn, you agree to these terms.

2. Product purpose

MacStayOn is a macOS utility that requests power-management behaviour for sessions you choose. macOS, hardware, battery state, thermal state, network availability, third-party apps, and security settings can still interrupt work. MacStayOn does not guarantee that every task or application will continue under every condition.

3. Licence rules

• A Personal plan permits one active Mac. A Three Macs plan permits three active Macs.
• You may deactivate an old device and transfer an available slot to another device.
• You must not share, resell, publish, bypass, reverse engineer, or automate abuse of licence keys or activation services.
• We may suspend a licence for fraud, chargeback, misuse, security risk, non-payment, or breach of these terms.

4. Subscriptions

Paid plans renew every 12 months unless cancelled before renewal. Prices, taxes, currency conversion, and payment processing are shown at checkout. Cancellation prevents the next renewal and normally leaves access available until the current paid period ends.

5. Safe use

You remain responsible for the work running on your Mac, power and thermal conditions, physical security, network use, and compliance with employer or third-party policies. Do not use MacStayOn to evade device-management rules, security controls, lawful restrictions, or another person's access rights.

6. Updates and availability

We may update system requirements, activation methods, security controls, and app behaviour. Some features require the current app version. The service may be interrupted for maintenance, provider outages, security response, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

7. Ownership

MacStayOn, its software, website, design, branding, and services remain owned by Evolve Orbit FZC or its licensors. Your purchase provides a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the product within the purchased device limit.

8. Disclaimers and liability

MacStayOn is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Evolve Orbit FZC is not responsible for lost work, missed tasks, battery depletion, overheating caused by unrelated software or hardware, third-party app behaviour, or indirect and consequential losses. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
