1. Who we are

MacStayOn is operated by Evolve Orbit FZC, United Arab Emirates. Privacy and account-deletion requests can be sent to support@macstayon.com.

2. Information we collect

• Account details such as your name, email, authentication identifier, and optional profile image.
• Licence, order, subscription, renewal, and device-activation records.
• Limited Mac information supplied during activation, including a hashed device identifier, device name, model, macOS version, app version, and last validation time.
• Support messages, operational logs, error reports, IP address, browser details, and security events.
• Payment status and Stripe identifiers. MacStayOn does not store full card details.

3. How we use information

• Authenticate accounts and issue, validate, transfer, suspend, or expire licences.
• Provide downloads, renewals, invoices, support, fraud prevention, and account security.
• Diagnose reliability, performance, crashes, and activation problems.
• Meet legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory obligations.

4. Native app diagnostics

The Mac app keeps its health and audit history locally unless you choose to share it with support. The website receives licence-validation information required to enforce device limits. MacStayOn does not inspect the content of your Codex or ChatGPT tasks through the licensing service.

5. Service providers

We may use Supabase for authentication and data, Stripe for billing, Vercel for hosting, Resend for transactional email, and Sentry for error monitoring. Google authentication and analytics are used only when configured. These providers process data under their own policies and may operate internationally.

6. Retention and security

Account and licence records are retained while the account or commercial relationship remains active. Billing records may be retained for legal and accounting requirements. Support and diagnostic records are retained only as reasonably needed. We use managed access controls, encrypted transport, row-level database policies, short-lived signed activation tokens, and restricted administrative access, but no system can guarantee absolute security.

7. Your choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection. You can deactivate Macs and manage billing from your account. See the Cookie Policy for browser storage details.

8. Changes and contact
