Billing and Refunds

Annual billing
MacStayOn plans are billed for 12 months in advance and renew automatically until cancelled. Taxes may be added at checkout. Stripe processes payments and provides invoices and payment-method management.
Cancellation
You can cancel from the Stripe billing portal linked in your account. Cancellation prevents the next renewal; it does not normally end the paid period immediately.
Refunds
Except where required by applicable law, completed subscription payments are non-refundable. Contact support promptly for duplicate charges, incorrect plan purchases, or a verified technical failure that prevents installation or activation on a supported Mac and cannot be resolved.
Device changes
Replacing or selling a Mac does not require a refund. Deactivate the old Mac from your dashboard and activate the replacement using the same licence slot.
